This prototype is designed to collect only the commercial information needed to respond to export, private label, sample and distributor enquiries.
What we collect
Company and contact details, country or territory, buyer type, product interests, commercial forecast, launch timing, and information you voluntarily provide about your project.
Why we use it
To evaluate the commercial request, respond to you, prepare samples or quotations, assess distributor fit, and maintain a record of B2B communication.
CRM and service providers
When the CRM webhook is enabled, form data may be sent to the configured CRM or automation provider. The production deployment should name those providers and reflect the company’s approved privacy policy and applicable law.
Do not submit sensitive data
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through the B2B forms.
